This is the success story of Chauncey Wright and Heather Newcomb from ChristianSinglesDating.com

Dear Larry and Nannette,

In waiting for my divorce to be finalized, (biblical reason) I decided to wait for it to be finalized before I started looking for an Adventist partner. After the finalization of it I was kind of at a loss as to where I would find an Adventist companion. Then I remembered your site out of the Outlook magazine.

Once I posted my profile, I then started browsing profiles just to navigate through the site. Around the first of June I noticed a new profile that caught my attention. In clicking on it I read it over three times. After much internal debate for about forty-five minutes, I decided to upgrade my membership to Ruby and correspond with her with my contact info. Unbeknownst to me Heather was searching profiles and was interested in mine as well. When she first received my smile, she mentioned that she was happy that I had responded to her profile.

We then started corresponding through yahoo messenger on a daily basis for hours at a time. It just seems that we could just talk and talk for hours on end until the wee hours of the morning, (literally). Both of us couldn’t believe how close we were getting so quickly. We decided to meet for the first time on Sabbath July 17. From the first time we met each other, we felt our bond get stronger.

After our first meeting was followed by many more chat sessions on yahoo and commuting back and forth between Rockford, IL, and Coralville, IA. We fell in love with each other during this time and were surprised that a love with God as the basis could be so close, intimate, and special. Once I knew this was no puppy love, I decided to propose to Heather by renting a limousine for a night through the town, and now we are planning a March 6, 2005 wedding!
