Here is another take on your situation. Not all the time are Christians going to be in "good" circumstances in their lives. So does that mean that God wants us to quit, give up, jump ship or is He looking to show case our witness before others. There may be someone at that job where you are undergoing "tribulation", that needs to see you stand for righteousness, stand for the Lord, allow the love of Christ to "do good" to those who despitefully use you. Not only that, God wants to build character in us, and He cannot do this if we constantly run from job to job to job to job. Your blessing may be there at that job, but you must allow God to work it out for you. Your promotion or commendation may be there, but if you move to soon you will miss your blessing, all because you cannot stand a little persecution. In this world those who live godly will suffer persecution, but having done all to stand, stand. When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Lord will raise up a standard against him, or like a flood the Lord will raise up a standard against him. Don't flee the devil, the Lord wants us to resist the devila and he will flee us. Pray to God, if your ways please Him, God will cause your enemies to be at peace with you. Hello to you - regarding your work place problems
This is simply my piece of advice to you - you may not agree - however, it is my desire to help you out a little. I feel it is important for your well being and self esteem to find another job, a place where you enjoy going to work each day and are not being harassed. Yes, there are a lot of places out there just like the one you described, but there are some good places to work too. Perhaps you might even take this time to consider a change in your field - go back to school, working in a field where you are helping others can be uplifting and very rewarding. Being in a job where you are not appreciated and even being harassed at work is very demeaning to your spirit. Be brave - get out and make a change!

I would you all to pray for me as Iam going through some terrible times at work. As I Christian I have always believe that i must do my work to the best of my ability, however, i have been informed that I am too efficient asdn because of this efficiency I am nearly out of a jow. I turned around a certain situation and was doing this job for the past 6-7 years. One of the managers has takena dislike to me ands therefore has tried to turn everyone else against me. I am constantly undermined asnd harrassed each day. Information is not passed to me and my work is taken from my computer asnd put on someone else's then passed off as their work. When I go into work sometimes no one speaks to me and if I speak to anyone it is viewed with derision. The public has been informed not to call me anymore. I have trie to find another job, been to the interview and passed throught everything only to have it blocked by the managers. I am still there through the grace of God. Our prayer team at church and others are interceeding for me but we know that there cannot be too much praying. Once again I am in the process of applying for other jobs so I am asking all my church ffamily to join with me in praying for a break through and to help me to be able to forgive those who are against me for being too effecient.
I have to inform you that the managers who are behaving so badly hasd openly said that they do not believe in God. i would like to see God's power turning then around
